What we require
Car hauling is a skilled discipline and our requirements reflect that. You will need:
- 3 years of CDL driving experience
- 1 year of verifiable car hauling experience
- A valid CDL-A license
- To pass a driving test
- A TWIC is useful but is not required in order to apply
- A valid and current DOT medical certificate
- An MVR that meets our insurance requirement
- If you are leasing: an active LLC or S-corp with an EIN and a business bank account in that entity’s name. DBAs are not accepted.
Do not have car hauling experience yet?
The one-year car haul requirement is real, and we do not waive it. But drivers move into car hauling from other CDL work every year, and there is a route to get there. We wrote up how that works, what the pay looks like once you qualify, and what to do in the meantime.
Bring your own authority
If you already run your own authority and you are looking for better freight than the load boards give you, you are not applying for a job. You are looking for a carrier to sub-haul for. That is a different conversation and we have a separate page for it.

No. We have new and used equipment available for lease, with no upfront money down required to start. More than 100 of our drivers have paid a lease off with us.

No. A TWIC is useful but is not required in order to apply.
What kind of freight will I be hauling?
New vehicles from manufacturer plants, used vehicles, and dealer and rental fleet moves, picked up from plants, ports, and rail ramps.
Can I apply if my car hauling experience is older than two years ago?
Apply anyway and tell the recruiter. Verifiable car haul time is what we are checking for, and how recent it is gets weighed case by case.
